Le Stanze dei Medici bed and breakfast is located in the historical centre of Florence, you can easily reach the b&b whether you arrive in Florence by car, train or plane.
Please follow the indications below depending on the transportation method you use:
By Car
- take A1 Milan - Naples motorway direction Florence and exit at Firenze Nord tollbooth.
- Continue straight and enter in Florence.
- Continue on Viale Guidoni for about 1.5 Km then turn right on Via Forlanini.
- Continue straight until you arrive at a roundabout.
- Take the second exit and continue on Viale Redi for about 1.5 Km.
- Continue on Viale Belfiore, then turn left on Via Guido Monaco then left again on Viale Strozzi.
- Continue on Viale Spartaco Lavagnini.
- At the second traffic light you are in Piazza della Libertà where you can find two large parking areas. Le Stanze dei Medici
- Our Bed and Breakfast is just 800 meters from Piazza della Libertà.
From Train Station Santa Maria Novella
From S. Maria Novella central station you can reach the bed and breakfast by feet – about 10 minutes – and using the public transports – bus n°1 - 7 - 10 –
17 – direction Piazza San Marco; go down at Piazza San Marco bus stop then continue on Via Cavour direction Duomo for a
few meters until you reach the entrance of the b&b.
By Plane
From the Florence airport Amerigo Vespucci you can get the bus Navetta that will bring you to the Main Train Station, then follow the instruction above.
